The Relationship between Human Capital and Public Services Performance: The Role of Islamic Work Ethics as a Mediating Variable A Case Study of Public Sector Organizations of Bahrain

Ethics are the basis for achieving individual, group and societal happiness. This research paper studies role of Islamic work ethics as a mediating variable in relationship between human capital public services performance sector Bahrain. The scarcity previous field is motivating factor this study. A total 640 questionnaires were distributed to citizens four governorates Bahrain, i.e., Southern, Muharraq, Northern Capital, using systematic random sampling method, five point Likert scale was used measure all variables. 384 returned which 368 usable questionnaires. findings show significant positive performance. ethics, variable, has highly effect on
